Select the desired amount for your Gift Certificate (from 50€) and quantities (1 by default) and proceed to the payment.

Gift certificates are redeemed on our SHOP page. Just after completing your purchase, you will receive your order confirmationand your recipient will receive its gift card.

Note: Gift certificates can only be redeemed for goods  -cash refunds are not possible-. If the coupon is not fully utilized, the difference cannot be claimed.

How customers redeem gift cards

To redeem the card, the recipient heads over to the store and finds items to purchase.

During payment, they select the Redeem a gift card option and enter their unique gift card code. 

If the price of the sale is worth more than the value of the card, customers can pay for the remaining cost using regular payment methods.
